I dont get, why there needs to be "stiff arm" for offences. Offences have so much going their way these days, again this season nfl broke the record for most points. So why there need to be this tool, that makes the job easier? And not to say, what kind of penalty comes, if defender accidentally slaps or touches offensive players facemask. Legit question.
