Great Advice! My 11 Sportsman 850XP has had intermittent steering for years! I assumed the EPS unit was bad and drove it this way, today I watched your video, and replicated what you did, now my power steering works flawlessly! Thanks very much for posting this video! Happy WI rider
I’ll tell you what these days you need a lot of knowledge for these newer quads with all the emissions just like a vehicle very good man excellent videos.
My regulator/rectifier went bad and that's when my power steering light came on and it quit working. I replaced the regulator/rectifier and still no power steering. Fuse is good, relay is good. I guess I'll have to take it in.
Ive replaced the relay, the fuse and also my battery is at normal voltage and still no power steering. The power steering light always stays on and it shows this code: 520230 any ideas on what it could be? 2011 sportsman 850 xp eps
