@@censari544After studying lots of breathing exercises after like 4-5 years on a spiritual journey, I wouldn't actually recommend Wim Hof to most people. It does have benefits, but it is a forceful type of breathing exercise and I prefer the more calm, dissolving type of breath control that Qigong covers. I would say focus on qigong more, specifically mastering how to breathe with your diaphragm constantly throughout the day, and Zhan Zhuang Qigong because it's the "Holy Grail" of all Qigong that heals & strengthens your mind, nervous system, and physical vitality at the same time. Doing this for years now has made it so that I can consciously last as long as I want in the bedroom because my nervous system is a lot more stronger and I can "feel" the sexual energy building up in my body during sex, and I know how to redirect that sexual energy away from my genitals and around my body using my breath and my mind. Also this type of internal work changes your life in every other area as well, not just sex.
