After hours and hours it finally worked. if this does not work for anyone please try disabling virtualization from your bios.

bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off

thanks worked for me. but what does it do i mean vEthernet (Default Switch)

It's it only turn off virtual VBS (Virtualization-based security)! Simply turn this Windows features OFF! :P

for eneble- bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto

bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off just copy that and boom

If we want enable just change launchtype on right ?
