How to disable others' drawing during zoom meeting

Step 1: Start sharing your screen, document, or whiteboard on the Zoom app as you do normally. Step 2: If you are sharing your screen, you will be taken out of the Zoom app. So, open the Zoom app again. Now, tap on the three-dot icon at the bottom and select Meeting Settings. Step 3: In the Meeting Settings, enable the toggle next to Show Names of Annotators. (Alternatively, you can disable annotations by participants as well.)

Yes it is. Go to settings (only after you start sharing screen else this option will not come ) Disable Annotate

By default, meeting capacity is 100 in Zoom. If you aren't able to join, there could be only kne reason - meeting is locked by host. Try requesting the host not to lock or enter meeting room early.

If you will disable the annotations, no other student can scribble over it.

Click on Manage Participants in the meeting controls at the bottom of the Zoom window. Hover over the name of the participant who is going to be a co-host, and choose More. Click Make Co-Host.
