Hi, I have a same MODEL 11264EVS Recently i change broken indexing disk, but still same problem. The bit does't not hold. Stoper washer is up and down is nomal? Please any help.

Do you have any tricks for getting the cylindrical rollers out other than the magnet? I'm repairing a similar hammer drill and can't seem to get them free. Thanks for the super helpful video!

Thank you. Yes, you can clean grease and gently smash cylinder to the table - roller will fall out... Or you can clean grease and move voth cylinders with your hand forward, backward and spining them to different sides - rollers will go out...

The mechanic's voice is not understandable. I presume that he is speaking in relation to the work he is doing, but we are left with guessing. It would be great to voice over with clear explanations of the actions.
