I am from pune maharashtra. Issue with 7 kg LG direct drive. I could select all the option but when i push the start button ,the machine does not start.Can you suggest or share contact details from pune city who can support with this

check your machine heating element or check water leakage any where in the machine due to which motor drain pump motor become wet or or check any damaged wire which is exposed to body and must attach earthing with your machine which will reduce the chance of electric shocks
