my store doesn’t either they use a bulk system where the old oil is stored in a disposable tank via a tube connected to the fryer

I used to work for them at the morning I was the opening person those guys we have to wait for a month to see if they changed the oil they always said morning shift didn’t filter the oil dude that oil looks like dang engine oil
