I'm 76 now but when I was a young bride we antiqued everything in Glastonbury back then I went to Perfection to make it look new all my antique furniture now it's just scratched again with white I did not blend my top coat of white into the next layer of ocean blue mayhaps I needed to send it more or push the paint when it was wet it's a 6 movable candle sitting in molded sidedboxfor solar lights ty ty ....

if you don't have a scraper can you us sand paper instead?
