Absolutely fascinating. The extreme forces being thrown at your body at depths and the amount of constant fine adjustment that is needed to counteract the forces. The type of person willing to place their trust in their team and, most importantly, their equipment is nothing short of a daredevil. The amount of things that can go wrong and the constant focus and awareness of their air in and air out. It's no wonder a dive takes hours.
As an ex-navy and North Sea Professional diver this should explain a lot to none divers. But why is it a 30 min video when the actual film is only 24 mins? And why do all military "school" videos have that awful intro music - Brit & Yank ?????? Is it to make sure the trainees are awake?
