Thanks for sharing this lesson, Mr. J. My daughter (4th Grader) asked me to help her learn dividing with decimals (her Title 1 school can't be bothered) so this was great for me to re-learn to teach to her. I had forgotten after 35 years of letting the computer do the math for me. :)

I am 35 now and I always just done math in my head. I now have a daughter in 6th grade though and she has to show her work on her paper and honestly forgot how to do division the "normal" way 😆. This video was great though. It's super easy and now my daughter is going be upset because now there is no reason why we can't do her extra credit equations because I now know a great source to refresh or maybe teach me how to do the equations. TYSM this deff helped me!! i did not understand my math at first. My teacher played the vid on near pod but it was very glichy and i could not hear or undrstand what was going on.
