I take it all outside and assemble it.
The intent of this was not for a speedy setup. I fly close to my house, not at a field or club with other flyers so I am not in a hurry to get setup or to spend a lot of money for a nicer ground station. I just wanted something that would not break the bank and looked presentable.
I didn't mention it on the video but I timed myself setting it up and it took 2:30 to setup. That is with everything sitting on the ground beside me.
