Thank you for the video. This is exactly what I needed. I have a 2007 Sea Hunt with cracked windshield. Cannot find replacement and custom would be too expensive

Nice job, you can see there are a number of challenges for sure. Personally I probably would have tried it in 3 pieces bridging each piece from bat to bar. That way if something happens to it you can just replace that piece verses the whole things. But regardless, a job well done!

The have sheets at Home Depot. It’s 1/4 😎

Excellent. What made you choose acrylic over polycarbonate?

Acrylic is much more UV resistant and scratch resistant. It is also a bit clearer and less expensive. Polycarbonate is more impact resistant, but I didn’t plan on hitting anything with my windshield or get shot at while on the water 😂

Thanks! It is quarter inch plexiglass. The windshield is holding up phenomenally so far!

Really appreciate man! It is easier than you think. So Clearwater, I definitely recommend doing it on a warm day. It makes the process of bending the plexiglass so much easier. Close to 1k 🤩
