Hi, I hope you can take a video for my wall artwork, looking for your reply.

I wonder if you could've got away with butting the second shelf to the first and lagging it into the wall that way you don't have the post in the way of the first shelf. Also, pocket holes would be way better in this situation. I bought the cheapest one from Kreg and it gets the job done. I hate the square bit, but it's one of the strongest forms of joinery (I think, not a woodworker though)

Your title could use some work, the plural of shelf is shelves. Great job though. Awesome to see the wife helping.
