I would recommend putting it in for different lengths of time. If you just dip half in the bleach, it’ll have a straight line of dye. You could start out w most of the wig in the bleach, and then lift it up slowly so it can have that color pattern that you’re looking for. You could also use different volume developers if that is too much work. The higher the volume, the faster it’ll bleach.

Idk what she did after the fact, I'm def not trying to answer for her but in my experience doing hair always rinse bleach with cool/ cold water and when shampooing and conditioning warm/hit to open the cuticle and let products in nd t the very end when rinsing the conditioner out use cold water to close the moisture into the cuticle. Yes I recommend clear developer for this method. & yes to the purple shampoo because it will tone the hair.

Thanks girlie 💗. The knots did bleach during the process. The were brassy. But I ended up toning the roots to give it a natural color. If you don’t want you’re knots to bleach don’t put the closure in the mix. Have it floating above the mixture. Or just tone them after.

Hey! do not dissolve your mixture in water. This will only dis activate the bleach. Just use clear developer like I used in the video.

The quality of the hair matters when bleaching wigs. The cheaper grade of hair, the worst results you’ll get.

With 20 developer you get more of a darker brown. Not as bright as using a 40 developer.

The clear developer is less thick then the cream developer other then that they do the same thing.

For the roots, I went back in with Wella Color Charm 4R/356 Cinnamon Brown us.wella.professionalstore.com/product/color-charm-liquid-4r-cinnamon-brown/000000099240013922

It depends on the quality of your bundles/wig. The higher quality the hair the less processing time you need. The cheaper the quality the more time you’ll have to leave on the bleach which will lead to more damage. I hope this helps 💗

I really think 40 is for the honey .... coz you know when bleaching roots for darker skin you use 30and below but lighter complexion you use 40 and above

Yeah after shampooing with purple shampoo I deep conditioned the wig for a hour in a plastic bag!

If you put the lace in the bath it will bleach the knots.
