I was so scared, and on my first one and for another 6months + I could not land them at all, and then I could almost standing double back on flat ground, and then one day I just did 1 and 1/2 and knew I could do it, then I just did it landed on knees, tried again and landed it, within the same day I learnt 1 bounce double back landed, and within the next week I landed standing double back and basic combos, layout to dub back and dub back to frontflip, also within that week I learnt roundoff double back on flat at the gym and did it off a 1 metre high box, and it took me 6 months + to land it on tramp, my tramp is 16ft so i weigh like nothing and get like no height, so for some people it will actually be extremly difficult , especially because I get like no height I just have to rely on tucking super fast
Thanks Gavin I've been practicing, I've been trying to get myself to hold the tuck but I always get to scared and don't commit. Thanks for the tutorial.
+Leah reahan I have a couple videos of my first doubles on my channel if you want to check it out. And make sure you throw your arms very hard for your first ones
Hey Gavin, I know you probably won't respond, but i can't hit a backflip to my back. I need some tips because i keep i think not letting go and slamming the crap out of my head and getting dizzy. So i need help to commit aswell because i chicken out sometimes from doing a backflip to my back. Sooo thanks for reading this looong paragraph. Love ur channel been here since like 10k so. BYE!! EDIT: I got a new tramp, i still cant do a backflip to my back i still slam the back of my head i dont know why
GameplayManiac u just have to prepare that how I always learn to land tricks fast hold longer if you are landing on knees and hands open up and prepare your legs (mentally) to land.
I have to throw my double back on the trampoline at gymnastics practice Monday I have one coach throwing a mat and one coach catching me at the end and I’m still scared...
