Gabby is the only person on RU-vid who actually helps she helped me get arierial front walkover back handspring front limber back walkover splits she's amazing ! Love you Gabby ❤️❤️
If its like that, try stretching every day (split strech, lunge ect.) drink alot of water (Where I am is boiling hot) try eating healthy or ask someone to keep you on track for eating healthy and always make sure you have something to support you (mat, spotter) , a clear wide space and never give up! (Also trying to do bridge? Strech you back before trying and after you have learned that, try to do back bend, it helps alot in other skills!)
Me: *starts watching a video on how to do a front handspring* the video: *you have to know how to do a front walkover* me: *starts watching a video on how to do a front walk over* the video: *you have to know how to do a handstand* me: *well... now screw it*
I can't even touch my feet without bending my knees... Omg guys I posted this a year ago and just got a notification from the comments. I can now do the splits, and have an extremely flexible back by practicing! It's so funny to see where I was at 1 year ago
Touching your feet has nothing to do with this. You just need to be flexible in the back and be able to do splits and you should be able to get it :). Also to touch your feet try spinning around 2-3 times and then doing it. It should be much easier
@@ashleylash1411 Jeeesh it's not that sad I was and I got sick of people who are really good so I practised for 3 years I still can't do a backtuck I can do a backhandspring tho it just take time be patient
"You need to be able to do a handstand" Me: "FOCK!" You: "it doesn't matter how long you can hold it , you just need to be able to do it" Me: OH YAY!! (I can do a front walk over now! Thanks )
oh my days I've practiced for about a month and I didn't get it. the hardest part is getting up on one foot, but after watching this I've got it in a day of practice. the only thing I need to work on at the moment is making the whole process neater. I LOVED THIS !!! IT SERIOUSLY HELPED ME ALOT
Toast Yay just breath and ask a friend if they can help spot you. It may help to keep water by your side so after you complete a step u can have something there to steady the nerves. Hope this helps ❤️
Connie I do 😊 I was so scared to do it ... but after doing a handstand and trying to do it like 5 times I had a 5 min break and I told myself I can do it ! so I did it and I videoed it aswell !😊😊
Who else gets headaches when they bend their backs too far OK so i realized i always got headaches cause i wasn't breathing in my backbends. DONT HOLD UR BREATH and u wont have head aches
Soo i used to be a cheer leader and could do this stuff easy! Well then i quit for about 4-5 years now im 13 and need my front walk over for dance and its not going that well omg😂😂💯
This tutorial helped my 4-year-old daughter so much! She had been trying to kick over her bridge but we never thought to use furniture to practice. Just from watching this she learned a backbend, kickover, and how to pull herself up from a backbend and front limber. Great video!
OMG I DON’T KNOW HOW TO THANK YOU. Everyone says walkovers are so easy. I have my backhand spring and almost learning my back tuck. I also have my back walkover. I was so desperate sometimes i would cry because i was so frustrated. I was giving up hope. I found your video, and got it with a couple trys. Thank you, sooo much.
started today. i had never done most of these stretches before in my life. it was shocking to my body and i was sweating bullets. but i learned a lot and now i can do a front limber!! so i'll keep working at it!! thank you for this tutorial!! also, i feel abs in my lower ribs now. i didn't think i could.
im the same i have been practising that much i have learnt my hanstand forward roll as i have been learning the front walkover. my parents had to stop me last night because i was still practising it at 11 pm XD
For every person who is falling on his back when standing up of the front walkover here's the keys : When you first leg touch the ground, the other is still in the air ( you need to squeeze it ) and it's this leg which help you standing because you're supposed to stand up while this leg is reaching forward , and also pushing through your shoulders. I can"t stand up from a one leg bridge but i can do a front walkover and stand up with one leg because of the momentun created by the second leg ! hope this helped :)
Ok so About 2 months ago I broke my arm but now it is fully healed and I’m trying to regain my back walkover back handspring front limber etc and this literally taught me my front walkover ❤️👏
I am only 7 years old and when I did it I did not even care about the rules in my we are not allowed to scream but I just did this AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I CAN DO A FRONT WALKOVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then my mom came to my gymnastics room and she said good for you then my two older brothers came and they said NOT FAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were jealous because they were working on that for 9 years thank you love rosie
So I had a tumbling mental and physical block and they said once you can do a skill do it at least 15 and go over it in your head to build muscle memory xx hope this helps you too xx
+Alina Flegar it's ok. What helped me was try doing it outside with sneakers on then try it on a mat with shoes on and then try it on the ground with shoes on
+Alina Flegar when your legs touch the ground the momentum is like a big wave in your body and use it to pull up but you should try doing back bend pull-ups before you attempt the front limber
i just found this video and i am sooo happy thank you dear for this wonderful video.i really loved it and i subscribed i am gonna follow your videos😍😍😍❤
OMG!!!! I WATCH THIS VID THEN GOT IT IN LIKE 15 MINS!!!! AHH SO HELPFUL!!! My biggest reason why I couldn’t do it was bc I was scared but using other higher objects makes the fear disappear!! THANK YOUU
I used to be a cheer leader i could do this stuff easy but i quit about 4-5 years ago and now im trying to get this for my dance and yeah its not working for me either lol
Thank you SOOO much,j have been trying to do this for ages and could never do it but I am finally able,I need to practise but after watching this video I have improved by a mile, love that it has stretches as well 😊😊😆
I did it a different way but this also helped me to make it better. Here’s how I got it. I first did the front limber. Then I started practicing getting up from it , I didn’t know how to get up from a backbendso I did it with my knees a little bit. I started to get the hang of getting up from a backbend and I tried it. (Have someone spot u if u want, that’s how I got over the fear of it) once i knew how to do a backbend and get up right away I tried doing a front limber but getting up from the backbend right when my first foot touch the ground. Hope this helped 😊
Sadeen Haj How long did it take you to get your front limber and how long did it take for you to be able to stand up. And do you have any tips for me to get my front walkover? I’m not scared of going over but I just can’t do it
First I learned to get up from a backbend which took me a couple days, but before I learned to get up I did a handstand and fall into a backbend then have someone help me up from a backbend. I got that hang of people spotting me then one day I tried it and it worked. Just never give up. ::) Also, don't get scared. Front Limber took me a week to do it RIGHT. My tip is just have someone spot you everyday. I was like you I wasn't scared but couldn't go over.
OMG THIS VID IS NOT FAKE ALL THE STRETCHES HELPED MY LEGS GET THE STRENGTH TO PULL ME UP THANKS SO MUCH AND I ONLY HAD TO DO SOME OF THE STRETCHES CAUSE I ALREADY NEW A FRONT LIMBER BUT YAY
Tutorial: 1. Just keep trying to do a walkover on your bed. 2. When you finally land for a few times on the bed do it on the floor. (I was a little kid when I did this 😂😂🤣)
