I'm 42 been skating almost everyday since I was 10 literally every trick is an Ollie it's just where your foot goes when you Ollie. An Ollie is the most important trick you can learn period. Learn ollie's in your normal stance, learn them switch, learn them fakie once you are comfortable in every stance and olling everything else is just overcoming fear.just skate around doing manuals, going fast, stopping etc. Do that in every stance
I love how you make your videos loop it’s so satisfying 😂… also I’ve been trying to learn how to kickflip, and I didn’t know that keeping your front foot at an angle helps. I gotta go try this now!
Brilliant explanation and you're getting to the same point Aurélien Giraud does in his own explanation too: aim the upper corner of the board in diagonal
I can ollie "that high" ever since I got my new board, but when I add the flick just a little bit it fails or I land always the back foot. 😢 Its so frustrating
So I do have a question I am someone who is overweight and I don't really have the best balance skills but I really want to learn how to skateboard and I was wondering what kind of steps I would need to take because I did try to learn at one point and I got to where I could move but I still had trouble with my balance are there any tricks that could help
Ppl used to say I was a poser but no if they knew I dropped in on the bowl at my old skatepark they'd shut up lol but if I'd have had a kickflip tutorial like this back in the day Id've landed a kickflip sooner than TWO WEEKS Boii nah but it's a pretty good video
My board keeps going way to high but if i back off on my pop it wont come up correct also i keep doing a dpuble kickflip but when i try putting less force it doesnt even spiral
Anyone have a tip on doing them with loose trucks? I can land them stationary but when I try it moving I can’t seem to do it while the board is swerving to the right because of the kickflip foot position. (I’m goofy) I have a video of me landing my first kickflip on my page
I got loose trucks as well and have the same problems, maybe put your front foot a bit more inside the board or put your back foot a little bit to the opposite side to balance it off (just like on a heelflip) hope that helps, im not sure they're correct tips but i hope so, good luck!
I did my alley and bro I almost broke my arm I think I I did Ali and he said they hit it at the front because that’s what you do on an alley so I did back up front. I was like oh my gosh I did it and then I then the goal is to land, but I’m on a rock surface so I hit one of those pedal pebbles And dude I felt like I died because I just feel my head hit the ground as hard as it can, and I’m like and and I’m like, who am I skateboards like on the other side of the other side of the skate park.
