How to do a Mail Merge in Microsoft® Word for Mac® 2016 

After being brought to tears trying to create address labels for the first time using a Mac, I found this video and had my labels made within 5 minutes. THANK YOU!

Word help refers to tabs that you can't find. Yours was excellent. The only thing not covered is doing different format for the text.Thank you thank you thank you! One thing I'm not sure of is when you save it, it saves all of the merge data with it? Thank you, was very helpful and easy to follow EXCEPT that I have M$ Excel 2019 which has no "Update Labels" button but has a yin-and-yang-like-double-arrows button which reads "Update Labels" only when the cursor is over it.

Thank you - your tutorial is easy to follow however I have an issue in that I can merge fields etc however when I select PREVIEW RESULTS all of the data (the merged fields) disappears. If I turn Preview Results off, the data returns. Same thing if I go to Finish & Merge - the data disappears and I don't have any labels with names etc in them and hence nothing to print. I would appreciate any help. I am on Word for Mac v16.32
