I doubt you will see this, but I got the timing and the twisting right, but I keep losing height. Maybe it's cuz in the back of my head, I know that I'm about to attempt a side full, so then I completely forget to set for height? I am not sure what my mentality should be, but I'm guessing I should think normal sideflip first, and when I'm in the position to twist, I go and twist. Please correct me if I'm wrong! Thanks!

I see! What relief. I tried it for the first time today and already used my energy so I can't go back and try again thinking about it the correct way, but for sure next time. Btw, the best I could manage today was landing in a kind-of-sitting position and it hurt xD

I can do this over a block or slightly tall object, but i cant seem to do it when theres nothing there.

I also kinda do this with A twist, I jump first then I rotate as fast as I can, I can't land it yet, I suspect it's because of this I should rotate sooner but I'm doing it a bit later.

Naidan Freerun backfulls are much much easier

Naidan Freerun standing back full may be harder but with a round off back full at more easy. But if u have a high sideflip don't let that discourage u

ConnorCost 46000 depends how much you drill the basic flip. If you do backflips all the time and never do side flips back fulls will be easier. If you do side flips all the time and never do backflips side fulls will be easier. Since most people do backflips more often most people think back fulld are easier

So can you not take off and sideflip to the right (right leg and arm forward) and then spin towards left shoulder? It has to be spin to the outside shoulder or can you spin inwards too? Or is that another trick?
