I recommend to add 1 or 2 drops of peppermint oil to it, which has beneficial effects for hair growth as well... then shake the bottle before you use. It helps against the smell of the apple cider vinegar a lot, and gives a fresh feeling overall!
@@targaryen7049 In my country Esent and Avicenna are very good. Also Nanga has very good quality of essential oils in general, tho I didn't try their tea tree. If those are unavailable in your country, then try to find companies with 100% essential oils, even better when they have specified country of origin. If you're not sure, just send an email to company with question about specification. I hope this will help :)
I'd say do the ACV rinse before conditioning if you have low to medium porosity hair, to avoid drying it out, for high porosity, do the ACV rinse after conditioning
When I do my routine, I mix baking soda and water into a paste and apply it to my hair like a relaxer. I use the vinegar to rinse that out and it makes my head feel amazing! After washing and conditioning, I heat up virgin olive oil and cover my hair for a while. Once I do a final rinse, my scalp is clean and I don't have to put extra oils in my hair for a while, even if I straighten it. Thanks for the video! 🙃🙂
+TheStarsDon'tDance for my hair and my daughter's hair it works great! I don't always use the baking soda paste because it gets messy and can take some time. Our hair type is similar to Bianca's but probably more like Cree Summers (before she started wearing it straight). Also, if you make too much paste, you can use it on your face as a detoxifying mask. (You'll need to rinse it with water and a moisturizing facial soap to avoid dry skin)
I really need to try this. Everytime I wash my hair (shampoo) I only focus on my scalp. But then like the next day my hair gets a little itchy and I can tell I still have dirt and dandruff and I'm like 😑😑reallyyyy? I JUST washed my hair lol
I'm sooo sick of a constant itchy scalp! Not even Deva Curl Buildup Buster helps. This vinegar rinse will be my last try before I call my dermatologist. Fingers crossed!!
If u have thick natural curls an volume . Dont use this shit. Itll make your hair flat dry straight an brittle, DONT USE APPLE CIDER VINEGAR. EVERYBODY SAYS ITS GOOD FOR YOUR HAIR. I have amazing thick natural curly hair. I used Apple Cider vinegar one time, for dandruff and scalp itch and made my hair flat, and thin. It ruined my hair.
NOBODY i have super thick natural curls and just ACV rinsed my hair and mixed it with water and it worked 10/10. i could feel my scalp and hair tingle and felt stuff being lifted from my scalp.
: Riqxe so I have very thick hair and my hair type is 2c/3b but it’s very dry and damaged I am starting to take care of it and dive into the curly girl method, but my hair still feels dry after all the products, do u mind telling me how much of water / vinegar u used and what u do to your hair… thanks❤️
Retal Saman i used a 20oz spray bottle and filled a quarter of it up with the acv. i also wrap my head with a towel or head wrap for 30 minutes after drenching my hair in it, then wash my hair. i let the shampoo sit in my scalp for a minute or so because the vinegar is pretty strong smell wise. some people use nothing but the acv but i personally like to dilute it some
Here's an update: Ok. I tried the acv rinse yesterday and it worked like a charm! Gave my scalp and hair that much needed "pick me up." Plus, my scalp feels like it can breathe. Never had that feeling before. Girl, I thank you for putting out this video!
I did this rinse today and I’m in love with the results!! My curls are super defined, shiny and soft! I’m so happy 💕 but I think I didn’t wash it out well enough because I still smell a bit of that vinegary-ness from the ACV!
Doesn’t absolutely have to be organic lol. What it does is clean any sort of calcium deposits from the hairshaft. (Calcium coming from the hard water) (Calcium is alkaline. Vinegar is acid) The acid washes off the alkaline calcium deposits. Rinse with distilled water. Proceed with styling You’re welcome
It doesn't have to be, but it does help. For some products it doesn't make much difference whether it's organic or not, but ACV is one of the exceptions if you can get it. The "mother" is a major activating component.
heey dear try to mix it with ur shampoo and wash ur hair or after washing ur hair just use it on ur hair and wash it .. we use it alot in the middle east 😚

Products stick to my scalp heavy. So I usually lift the build up first before washing with a comb. After washing and conditioner I use a cotton ball and soak up the apple cider vinegar and rub any white areas on my scalp ( the build up) and then use a another cotton ball with water and dap it on the areas I used the ACV to soak it from my scalp. This works better for me because it is directly the scalp.
Nothing is getting done in my life because I am obsessed with your videos, Bianca Renee! All kidding aside, I love watching you! You are adorably charming, intelligent, informative and basically the Queen Bee (🤣🤣) for this curly girl!
I used this exact method followed by the Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Hair and Scalp Treatment- and for the first time in years my scalp is not itchy after my wash day. thank you Bianca Renee. your channel has not only saved my hair, but it has changed my life! :)
1 tsp ACV with 7 oz distilled water has a ph of 4 (safe zone). A 1/4 c of ACV would cause the mixture to remain too acidic, which is no bueno for the scalp. ❤️
I've been using acv rinses instead of conditioner for 6 months now and I went from having to wash hair every 2 days to having a fresh hair of head for up to 7 days. I'm so happy, I hate washing hair and now I have to do it less often, my hair is shiny and I minimized buying extra beauty products for my hair - winning all around! I usually do the rinse after I washed my hair, and just rinse it with water, the smell airs out after an hour or so, so no problem there at all
I did it and it was absolutely amazing! My scalp was clean and my hair was shiny. Detangling my hair was also so much easier after the rinse. How often should you do this process?

@@nobody3888 maybe that's cuz it doesn't work for your hair. You can't say something doesn't work because of your personal experience. This works for plenty of people
Thank you! just purchased a bottle of ACV because I all the wonderful things it does! I've already used it for weight loss today, can't wait to use it for my hair and scalp!
Thanks for sharing the great points about clarifying curly hair, I also love to use my scalp massager brush while the acv mix is still in my hair. It really works it into the scalp 🙆🏽♀️

In high school sister used to do this so I’m looking into it, and now that I’m in high school I’m just trying to take care of my hair better bc I’ve always wanted it to be longer and you know I love my hair

Started yesterday. I can feel the work of acv. Havnt been scratching! Stopped washing my hair months ago like i used to, twice a week now, unless it's a must. I Used to wash every day, I screwed up, all the chemicals in those shampoos, I used Pantene or dove. Not no more. Gona use Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo now i have sensitive skin 😑smh.
Every-time I am about to something really new and a bit dangerous..i come here on youtube and check if people have done this and if they are alive.llol...will try this
This is great to do once a month. I have found shampooing my hair every other day using Wen Fig cleansing conditioner has helped my hair and scalp. It is worth it for the price because I don't need a seperate shampoo and conditioner. I can use it everyday and my hair does not get stripped of moisture. Dirt and oil build up on the scalp stops hair growth. Also fungus and yeast can thrive and grow on a dirty scalp. Also once a month use a scalp exfoliator to keep scalp free of buildup. Keeping the scalp clean and healthy is the key to hairgrowth. We are told not to wash our hair and that is so far from the truth. Buy some Wen Fig cleansing conditioner and you won't be disappointed. Make sure to buy the Fig because the regular sweet almond mint is not any good.
I live in Trinidad, it's in the Caribbean. on the map it Trinidad and Tobago😊. I'm super enjoying all your videos, I'm watching alllllll!!!!. I also watch Mini Marley, but you've got a similar hair texture so it's good to see what my hair would look like.😁
OMG thanks so much. It worked and my scalp is not itchy and flaky anymore. Also I changed up my hair products and went back to using Pink Oil Moisturizer and hair grease. Those natural hair products dried out my scalp and hair so bad. Also started using Sulfur 8 again.
really glad to find someone doing videos with my hair texture :) and I really love Shea moisture products even though it's super expensive in my country. I just bought $400 worth of the prouducts tonight and that was just four items lol!
Sounds like a good plan!!! But I really like the stuff as it's the only product I've used so far that actually tamed my frizzy hair without weighing it down. If you have other suggestions, I'm willing to try.
+Roberta Nicolls well after hearing you spent $400 I don't want you to buy ANYTHING else!! Lol I'm really shocked right now! I hate that it cost you that much... 😔 Where do you live??
+BiancaReneeToday She lives in Trinidad (I saw your comment above, hey fellow Trini!), and so do I! And I concur! The Shea Moisture products in our local beauty stores cost around $100TT! Roberta, I'm glad to know that you find it tames your frizz, because these days nothing I try seems to get my hair to stay poof-free cuz of all the humidity! Worse yet in rainy season! But I haven't yet tried the Shea Moisture products because of that exorbitant price tag!
+sukafoluv19 hi hi, yep girl it's expensiveeeeee but I invest because it does help. only thing is we don't get all the lines, the cheapest place is Pennywise. let me know what you think when you try it ok.
Hi, Appreciate your video, the instructions were clear and concise on how to formulate, and apply How often should I do this to maintain the healthiness of my scalp? Ty
I just did a acv rinse and my scalp feels clean and not itchy.i hope when I wake up tmrw it will continue to feel this way.how often should I do acv rinse because I dont want a itchy dry scalp anymore?thank you bianca renee for your suggestions on how to get the itchy dry scalp to go away.without I'd be lost!
Devi Gomez buy braggs apple cider vinegar with the mother, do 1 tablespoon and a half to 16 ozs of water , it will work like a miracle no itchy scalp, and your head will feel clean fir days
Going to try. I hope it helps this plaque psoriasis on my scalp after Covid 1/2021!!! Lost and still losing my hair and I can see all that plaque/dandruff looking mess on my head n don’t wear black tops!!!
Seems better for people with a lot of hair to just make the mixture in a larger amt. And just dunk your head in it or pour over you in the shower. I think my hand would cramp up using a little spray pump for all my hair.
