Lady with all your respect bringing your knees all the way to your chest is just a practice for long term low back injury. Legs are supposed do be at 90° angle then press.
Who is she ?? Does she have more videos of her instructions? This is exactly what I’ve been looking for her detail is on point I’m a newbie and get nervous I’m doing it wrong technique wise or going to use a machine wrong this was all so amazing
classybroad Mana Alas, just enter her name--Michelle Trapp--in RU-vid and scroll through what comes up. You'll see the clips where she's transmogrified into a She Hulk. Her pretty face becomes a gargoyle's, and her pretty voice becomes a hideous rasp.
classybroad Mana It's gruesome, especially that for women the physical disfigurement is permanent. They can get off the juice and the muscles will go away but the mannish voice and facial features and the below-the-belt ookiness can NEVER go back to normal. You probably saw the interview at the IFBB competition where she says she started off as a model before discovering fitness and before turning to the Dark Side. The horror. The horror.
Does this help if I am trying to lose fat from my hips, thighs, and butt? If so, it should be more reps and less weight, right? If anyone can suggest more exercises to lose fat from these area, I would appreciate it if you can let me know! I know about the squats and lunges. :)
Its important to call these exercise by the names we've all agreed on: it does not have a new name as above. It is called a leg press. It is indeed for thigh and butt work and it is well demonstrated but for the purpose of laymen trying to look up the exercise, one should call a spade a spade. The only other thing a leg press could be called is a leg sled.
Hey just a quick question to the people in the comments: How heavy are you and how much can you press? I would kind of like to know what the average is for that excersice. Would be great if you could help me.🙈
i can do 20 reps with 120 kg. you say 4-6 for strenght and 8-10 for muscle growth....what i get with 20? power or muscle growth, becouse i need a lot of power in my legs, is it good to work 20 reps 3 times
locking out knees results in relaxing the muscles because the skeleton, bones to bones, releases the weight from the muscles. In effect, it gives your muscles a break in the middle of each rep. But the wear and tear, under heavy weights, on your knees cartilage will eventually give you your answer. I'd recommend that you don't lock your knees. You won't like the end result.
Keep in mind, the Five stars are based on my needs for this item ru-vid.comUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS When I first bought the bike I was going to return it immediately. After trying it out for several days/weeks I came to realize it is actually perfect for WHY I bought it.This is not a workout, the resistance is, eh, it makes a bit of noise, not loud, and it isn’t very stable even with the mat. The mat certainly keeps the bike from sliding but nothing keeps the mat from sliding (if that makes any sense, lol). Mine is place on my hard wood floor. Maybe it would be better with a rug underneath??I sit for long hours for work and wanted something to keep my legs moving. This bike does exactly that! For the price it is amazing, it is compact, easy to use, light weight, keeps track of time, calories etc (not sure how accurate it is) but good little product. I am happy with it.
