Are you staying more than a week in Japan? Do you need to do laundry in Japan?
We are going to show you how to do coin laundry in Japan! All you need are 100 yen coins, dirty clothes and detergents! Most of the machines cost 200 yen but some are more expensive depends on your load!

2 questions Detergent for the Washingmachine do they have places where you can buy it at the coinlaundry? (Like Vending machines or something similar.) And 2nd after 30 mins the clothes propably are still wet, so are there Dryers as well? I'm not actually living there but planning/going for a trip across japan for about 2 weeks.

1. Yes, there are detergent vending machines in the store. Each store sells different types. However, there are machines (at least in this store that went to in the video) that do bigger loads and have detergent coming from the machine itself already. So double check which machine you are using before putting detergent in. 2. Yes, there are dryers around too! But you will need to pay another amount for it. Hope that helps! The operating system is pretty much the same with dryers, but we will definitely make another video soon on that. For now if you need help, send us a photo of the dryer you are gonna use through gaijinology@gmail.com . We will help you translate !
