Hey Mrs. Coffee this is a stitch I’ve seen but haven’t actually tried before. The gnome blanket is so cute. So I’m going to challenge myself to something new. Thought I’d watch this tutorial to refresh my mind on it and see how the color changing worked. When you mentioned it in the live I was saying I’m going to check it out first thing tomorrow. Simply amazing! I can do a very basic crochet but with this tutorial I know I’ll be able to do a C2C blanket. You make it look so easy! I’m thinking that if I use a cotton wool and this pattern, I should be able to make a decent size dishcloth. A few of those would definitely give me some practice before committing to a blanket. Thank you once again pretty lady for your patience in teaching us a little bit of your abundant talent! You’re the best!🤗

Got the others down pretty good so felt confident...and then my c2c looks well....not quite right. But it will get there. Let's just say if these were recorded on VHS tapes they may have broke by now.lol

Newbie here, would you make several of theses squares and join them all at the end to make a blanket or would you plan it to make a bigger square? I can’t get my head around making a blanket without joining all the individual squares. Do people crochet that large a project in one continuous crochet? 🤔 I hope I’m making myself clear.

I understand... no you would just keep going until desired size them decrease so say you want a queen size blanket, you would keep going til you have like 200 clusters than decrease. People do do large continuous projects with this pattern, we will actually be making one on monday in a Crochet a Long

As long as you keep going until it's as big as you want then decrease
