How to do FEED IN BRAIDS for beginners

Learn how to do feed in braids for beginners! Cornrows, with hair added, but it looks more natural! Feed in braids! Feed in braids are commonly referred to as Ghana cornrows, and can give you a very gradual style of extensions that (when done correctly) can fool the naked eye into believing its natural!
Speaking of NATURAL, this style of braiding can be done on literally be done on any hair texture! Let us know your thoughts!

This tutorial is by far the best, most concise, and easy to comprehend that I've seen for feed in braids so far. The camera angle was perfect so that I was able to see exactly what you did, the pace was good, and you did an excellent job explaining the concept of when to add the pieces...all in about 10 minutes! I just have to take a moment and tell u how happy I am that I came to this video I have a mannequin head too and I was thinking about doing Fulani braids on myself but I needed to learn how to add hair to the braid and I was starting to get so frustrated cuz I couldn't find a video that was clear and I'm only 14 so you know it takes me a while to comprehend but you really helped thank u sooo much

I’ve been watching so many videos on how to do feed in braids and I couldn’t find anyone who braids like me ( people have different methods for picking up / holding sections of hair when braiding ).. until I stumbled across your video. I just wanna say THANK YOU lmao you just made it make sense to meeeeeee . I’ve always been able to braid nice and tight but would struggle when it comes to adding the hair , your method of adding it ontop verses under looks easier to me .

Thank you very much for this video. It’s by far the best “tutorial” I’ve seen so far. I’ve had to recommend my clients to other stylists who wanted feed in braids but I didn’t know how to do it as the other videos I’ve seen did no justice because either they don’t know how to explain clearly or they just did it and with speed and they claimed for beginners ❤️ I absolutely loved this. I’ll practice this on my mannequin tomorrow and see if I can get it right and again I want to thank you for doing an awesome job and making your explanations clear so “beginners” can actually understand.

This is the tutorial I didn’t know I needed! I want to do something similar to this for an upcoming “all out” spirit day at school for the little girl I care for except I’ll be using red white and blue yarn. There’s like 10 different spirit days that I have to figure out how to put on 1 child! I figured I could cover red, white, and blue spirit and crazy hair day with 1 hair style this way. But she’s only gonna have 2 braids since someone’s probably gonna take it out the next night.
