Thanks for this!! I can handstand against the wall and do strict hspu... I got my first "handstand" yesterday, but what I actually mean is I kicked up with less force and got myself upside down... and surprisingly held it for 3 seconds... Great video to improve and keep practising!!

Hi Mattie! I do CrossFit and I really struggle with HandStand Walking, do you have any core drills to help aid in this type of skill? I can walk on my hands a bit, but sometimes my balance is just so off!
@@ab8893_ true that, but its always interesting to hear their experience doing other types of lifts out of their focus or even a different exercise that they have never practice for a very long time.
I can kick up and hold for 4-5 seconds consistently, but do you have any other tricks for learning how to do micro adjustments on how to hold it for longer??
Jenny Lyons if you’re doing handstands every single day, then no. You will without conscious make micro adjustments with every lb gained. Cutting will make handstands waayyyy easier. I know from experience!

How to do a handstand like a real OG 7 kush king: Get in pushup position. Then crawl backwards until you feel your feet touch the wall. Then walk them feet up the wall. Keep goin. Keep goin. Keep going. Boom, handstood.
I feel bad for not paying attention to the explanations ... I always get into these videos of women working out for the wrong reasons! She is beautiful !!!
