Thank you so much for this! I have been jumping rope for a while and was getting bored with basic bouncing. The way you explained it made so much sense. I can’t wait to practice more and get faster.
I've been doing kick boxing for about 4 years now. I could kind-of do cross-overs but never thought to look at youtube to learn the proper technique. OMG, just done 10 cross-overs in a row in about 5 minutes after learning from your video!! Needs a bit more practice, but I can say that YOU have thought my the proper technique. Gonna keep practicing it now. Thank you SO much :) :)
Hello Sara, I m from Malaysia. I specially want to thanks you. 😊😊 You r the only one who can teach me jump rope precisely. I couldn't find that how to start n where to start .How I overcome my difficulties ? Even I v watched lots of tutorial . That didn't help me that much . Now I can jump rope in advance stage after following your tutorial. Moreover, I loss 4 kilo weight. 🤩🤩 Thanks to helping me to achieve my goal. 👍👍
You are great!...I have a problem: my left arm is weaker than the right, so my left wrist/hand stay lower when I jump.Besides that, I can not do CROSSOVER in a smooth way(I tried many many many times) and I think it is because the diffence of wrists/hands heights...I do not know!!! I am extremely disappointed. How can I solve this?....I am worried about it because I have already knot the rope but it did not solve the problem. My target is to do CROSSOVER and I will not give up.
Sara, a very nice demonstration of the cross over but could you tell me how to properly make a knot in the rope? Thanks, I really enjoy watching and learning from you.
Well done to this lady Dr Roper whatever she’s called a doctor wrote with the cat sorry your name eludes me but she actually done the video spot on the way should be step-by-step I followed her instructions I’ve been 25 minutes I was doing them so well done madam I salute you
What is the maximum time you recommend jumping in a single set and for an entire workout? For example, my workout is sets of 100 to 300 reps (about 1 to 2 minutes, 3 if I am jumping slow) for 1000 to 2000 total reps, 1 to 2 minutes rest in between. Total time is 20 to 30 minutes depending on number of reps and rest time in between. I want to keep pushing my total reps higher and my total jumping time in a single set higher. The problem is I have developed patellar tendonitis. I an being treated. I want to keep pushing without hurting myself. Any advice?
I liked the video for you and for COCO the cute cat :) thank you very much I'm going to check your other videos out and I'm looking forward to learn a squat jumps with the rope
Lolllllllll yea the rope expanse and shrinks Dr but do the math Delta L = l1 x alpha x delta T , The expansion is minimal and can never be from influence 😅
