Thanks! So informative! I am a traditional tattoo artist. My wife has been wanting me to start doing PMU and I have done her freckles but want to learn how to do lips. I still have much to learn, but your tutorial helped clarify the initial process.
Hello ❤sucha a great tutorial.thank you so much for all the tips. One question: when you finish 1 pass in the up lip,you put anesthetic cream? And film ? Or which cream is it? Thanks 🙏
thank you for sharing Terezia what do you suggest for a peel or exoliant do you have any other hydrating tips other than drinking water? is there a product you would suggest for pre and post care ? during the procedure most likely lips get dry from the latex gloves & soap and constant wiping with the cotton pads is there a hydrating soap to use for tattooing.I wonder are you using the betadine soap during your procedure thank you for your time and attention this is such valuable content
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful work with us Teresa! You made it look so easy haha! I am trying to get back to PMU after 1 yr 🙂, I have a few questions: -Your machine did not make any noise against the skin, is it because of the type of machine or the size of the needle length? Do 0.35 LT needles make less noise? -What length of the needle do you set it to for 25RLLT before you bend the needle? is it the same as the regular long taper needles? -What product do you use to sanitize your brushes for the outline? Thanks so much!
Hello! Thank you very much! It seems easy but it’s not! 😜 1. We have a lot of machines on a market - I simply prefer quiet machine because otherwise it disturbs me 😎 2. I wouldn’t say that 0.35 makes less noise than 0.25, it’s about the machine mostly 3. Length of the needle depends on a machine I use, pigment I use and a skin I work with - I sometimes change the length of a needle even during a procedure - when I work with thinner pigments I have longer needle and when I work with thicker pigments I have a little shorter needle because otherwise pigment flow would be a problem
Thank you for this❤ Detailed. I have question , did you apply numbing cream ? If YES, Did you applied it first before mapping? What was the interval before mapping? Thanks
Hello ❤ Can I ask what pigment do you use & do you use same 1RL needle across shading and outlining? (Sorry if I’ve missed it during watching the video). I’ve been taught to use 3RS for filling the lips but I’m curious about different approach :)
Hello! I mostly use Etalon Mix & iColor nowadays. Here I think I used iColor - my favourite one is watermelon + iconic nude💫 Yes, I use same needle for the procedure. ( outline + shading )
Thank you for the amazing well detailed video, my question is what speed did you set your machine on, did u use a numbing cream? And also I noticed you didn’t put cotton wool inside her mouth to avoid the pigment from entering her mouth, is there a reason for that???
@@katjahert8555 of course it depends on your pressure and way of working including your technique and for example how strong is your machine - but my clients are perfectly fine🥰
Thank you for your good training, it was very useful. I have a question; What cream did you put on your upper lip when it was finished for the first time?
Hello! You can tattoo lips with whatever needle you choose, it’s only up to you! There is a lot of different techniques out there and I always suggest to do it in a way you feel most comfortable and you see it works!
I am amazed of the pain response of the client ! How came she doesn’t feel any pain ? This is the most sensitive area and the procedure is painful to most of people !
Hello, simply because I am very light handed and I don’t put a lot of pressure on my client’s lips. Although it’s very individual, some of my clients can be more sensitive but it’s never too crazy.
Hello, you are welcome! 🤍 Yes, check my new video about how to take pictures - I talk about it there as well as where you can buy it, how to use it etc🤍
Hi, how many volts are you using on your machine? I have been getting a bit of snagging on the lips and too much pigment coming out. Can you please give me advice? I think my voltage might be too high. Great video by the way. The pigment comes out of the machine perfectly.
Hello, thank you for the video. Question, how do you figure out your ratios for pigment drops? I.e how did you know to do 10 drops base color, 5 drops other color, 3 drops other color
Hi! To be honest - I mix my pigments also based on my intuition 😆 Of course I have to understand the ingredient list and what kind of undertone exactly shades I wanna use have but mostly it’s about knowing the pigments and having experience with them🥰 do swatches of your shades, understanding the temperature and intensity of color and then mix based on the experience you have with your results 🤍
Hi ❤ so for first pass, are you putting anesthetic before first pass on the whole lips? I have a problem with so less pigment on the skin after procedure…and I’m trying to figure out what I’m doing wing
@@tereziaridzonovahi so I followed your advice and I stopped using anesthetic . I adjusted my needle length and now all is good 👍🏻 the pigment goes in way and I’m also using just dry pads too not wet anymore. After watching your video I realized I was doing many things wrong . So thank you so much!
L♡VED, L♡VED, L♡VED this tutorial it was so helpful and I thought the Videographer dod a lovely job as well! I just have 1 question.. what product did you put on her lips at the end of the video to help heal?
Skvele video, hlavne pro nas zacinajici velmi prinosne. Zeptam se Terezko, u zdroje mate na “konturu” zapnuty liner a pak prepnete na shader? Obe na 3.7V? Dekuji❤
OMG!!! you're super sweet, and your information is very self explanatory. I'm watching you from Turkey. And now I'm following. I just have one question. When doing lip coloring, should the needle depth be between 1 and 1 and a half?
@@KK-bn6wtI agree and if they’ve ever had someone recording while doing the procedure they would know it’s hard for them not to block or get in your way…
When did you use the first time your Anaesthesia? Because secondary was after making otuline and it was on outline only? And can you give me the name of this product?
What macro lens you use? As for powder it’s extremely important to use a talc free powder otherwise the client might suffer micro granules in her lips and insurance companies won’t support the technician as talc powders are never allowed to be used as it’s not safe, they can penetrate into the skin during the process and cause long term serious adverse reactions.
Thanks for the video its full of information ,, the photographer is very bad . Not clear zooming , blurring , didnt know how to get the right spot to film
Hello! I like MAST ( it’s good = quality / price ) 🤍 But it would be good if you could at least try some machines and based on what you prefer you can look for a machine 🤍
