No dude it's absolutely not worth it. You won't remember anything I mean it(coz am a class 10 student and tried it before a mongh of exam). I tried it for a month and barely remembered anything. Have a good sleep of atleast 6 hours and if you have time 8 hours. Just completely focus while your studying that would be wayy far enough than two hours of sleep.
@AE is also a good marketer because you have an intro to your product for people to buy the product what are you going to buy and what are you going to lose. This video is one of the great examples.👍
