You will get many utilities online. The one I use is free picture stencil maker. I have covered it in this video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-O8ztCe4h6eY.htmlsi=e9npAgJM0lZI9ujz
Stencil maker works with low resolution image also. High resolution is preferred but unless picture has extremely low resolution, process works. Also you can create paper cut portrait from both coloured as well as black and white images. The stencil maker works on both kind of images. Refer to this video on how to create the stencil for the portrait - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4BppmAoRqUY.html
Bro i have dout in face pls explain how ti cut face . Why u cut black out of white potion in face ?? Because i cut my brother photo template i have in face ?? Pls replay 😀
99 % of the time people cut portrait on white or light colored paper and then mount it against a black background. So if you cut let’s say black from the eyes then when you will place it against the black background the eyes will look natural. But if you do the opposite and remove white and then place it against the white background the entire face will look ghosted like a negative. Hope this clarifies

100 gsm minimum if you are practising. If you are making professionally then at least 170 gsm for smaller size and 250-300 gsm for larger size portraits
You need to create stencil from actual images or photographs. You can refer to below video for details ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4BppmAoRqUY.html
80 GSM is regular printing paper. Chances are that you might tear off while cutting as paper is thin. For starters my suggestion is to use 100 GSM paper
That’s how I started doing it for first few portraits. If u check out my initial portraits on my insta page u will see I used to directly cut the actual image
alfie gardose my first two commissioned portraits were cut on actual pictures. But I did not have paper under it. What did was to take a flipped printout so after cutting it looked like actual photo and not inverted.
@@GenieCrafts mine is not inverted, the actual photo is on top and the paper that will become the cut picture id under it... Its more cleaner and no need to invert it.
