NVivo allows importing of videos and images. But you can transcribe the video.

Sir, how does your research question come in? I used to think themes were drawn from the general research questions/objectives. In this case the research question was on the experiences of people with prostrate cancer. And only one interview question was reviewed here and themes generated. I just want clarification on the link between these themes and the topic of the research.

Themes are developed either inductively or deductively. The approach you are proposing is deductive thematic analysis where themes come from research questions or are rather predetermined deductively. Kindly research more on the inductive and deductive approaches to thematic analysis.

Sir, I am conducting research on traditional crafts in Nigeria. I am an undergraduate student, and I chose 4 crafts to interview. Which sample size is appropriate, and how will I analyze each data gathered for better reporting? Thank you, sir.

In qualitative research we do not talk about sample size but saturation. Your goal should be to keep conducting interviews until you notice a level of repetition in the responses you get. At this point you will have reached saturation and should stop conducting interviews. This is normally between 10 and 20 interviews.
