MATAE. ...Judo is awesome i started it at 10 years old I got belted and I did competitions I felt so proud I was obsessed with judo I slept with the hard back instructional books in my bed and also when I got my first belt other than white belt I got a yellow belt three mons on first grading I was ecstatic and I couldn't believe that film recently out think it's called how to do self defence it's so funny it a comedy he gets a yellow belt karate and is so proud he wears it at work under the table in office no one can see I did the same thing g when I was ten years old I wore my judo gi and my belts to bed as pyjamas.....it's a real thing that sense of pride And achievement is a deal thing n very powerful STAY BLESSED from the uk peace

This is a nogi , not exactly the same form it’s called kuzure kakato jime in judo and you can switch to mount position as you are chocking(more efficient)
