when you do it it looks so light and "easy" but when I actually tried it... I realized that cutting off my arm using a spoon might actually be easier :D anyway you are great!

Something that helped me was to move the leg that's not swinging forward a little to us it as a base. He does it in the vid too

the breakdown is great. i have never seen a woman performing this move. i wonder if it's harder for women , or just need to work harder on my upper body strength?
