This is the only tutorial where the trick is broken down in so many parts and explaining what are common mistakes. Most videos are trying to be so quick bc of social media attention span but I’m glad you took your time to explain it properly and effectively. Cheers

It's just a good technique. You can just jump with the leg you want to lift the ball with and then good in the extention. So the ball goo's higher. I will upload a video for that to show especially mistakes for this trick.

if you anderstand how its one day, but if you dont figure out how to do the movement it can take weeks. Important is that you jump with the right but the left have to swing forward first and its better to pull the ball back
