I already have natural visible veins, but the cool thing is I can make them disappear and reappear. The way I do is, I put my hands down and raise my forearm and elbow up. Because of gravity, blood flows down in my hands and veins appears. To make it disappear, you have to raise your hands in the air 🙋♂️ Also I can make my veins move under my skin just like blood bending 😂

It's not your whole arm. You just have to cut off your inner bicep vein. Look up the anatomy and it will make sense. It's the basilic vein, you pinch it. Not safe to do for extended periods because you're cutting off circulation.
