i have stopped bboying for a couple of months, but when i first got my windmill. What I practiced was pushing myself off from a baby freeze, which allowed me to feel what the collapse was like. So, I just got into a freeze put my legs into the air pushed myself off and repeated.

How much time would I need to learn this if you exercise it often

I wonder what hand should I use for bboying.. I am right handed and my right hand is stronger than my left hand. I learned basic freezes on my right hand. but I found it easier to do back spin counterclockwise which if I freeze with my right hand I should do back spin clockwise.
