this is good n thank you. but once i rest my Hand (not arm) on the right knee, the bow movement is very short. what other exercises can help to improve that? or at that position, how to improve? thanks.....
Well, I don't really know of any other exercises. But honestly, the only thing that holds anybody back is just tension. The more you focus on increasing the time before tension sets in, then you'll gradually improve but you have to really focus on relaxing your fingers, wrist, hand, arm, and shoulder when you practice.
