Amazing Coincidence., i saw your prana classification video few weeks back as it kept popping in my utube viewing set of videos ( utube fwds favs as per ones interest), it was done by u long time back.I like your way of sorting out various infos about prana and then classifying it for practical use.I am a medical person but also a healer, i was experimenting with the vishuddhi chakra, this chakra is used when people are going into meticulous detail in activities like, studying , planning, etc.Its also centre for higher creativity like painting, poetry etc.I was interested to know about performing ujjayi correct technically and check if ujjayi works on the vishuddhi for corrective chakra functioning.Behold the universe has actually made you make a video after so long.GOD BLESS❤️

I like your videos very much because of these following reasons. * Clarity in your presentation. * Reading the different yoga books and understanding very deeply and explaining in detail with references. * You are explaining with Anatomy pictures of medical sciences. * You are bringing the Science and Yoga blending very properly to explain the point of views. * Finally the benefits by doing this particular yoga. * Clear demonstration of the yogic practice. Just one doubt madam. Few yoga teachers are advising to make the sound by narrowing the throat and extended exhilaration. Please write your remarks both negative and positive outcome.

Thanks a lot Sir for your kind words. When yoga teachers say ' Narrowing your throat' It is same as constricting the throat muscles, that is Glottis. With the same effect you will be able to do extended exhalation.

Sound can be made initially till u practice. Once you know how to do Ujjayi, the sound should be heard only by you and not by the person sitting next to you

Namasthe. According to hatayogapradeepika inhalation through both nostrils and after kumbhaka exhalation through left(ida) nostril only. Since this pranayam is stimulating ida nadi,calmness of mind takes place.

If there is congestion in the chest , please avoid any intense breathing. You can try abdominal breathing in the lying down position and OM chanting. Perform steam inhalation and try to clear the chest.
