what did you design your logo in? I designed my logo in Canva and I've tried everything to get it to work but I haven't been successful. I tried a regular PNG file of my logo, I tried a png file with transparency background, I've tried a vectorized SVG file, etc and none of these worked. I noticed in your video when you uploaded your logo it did not have a background and stayed visible after you open and placed it onto the checkered background, but mine just disappeared. Also, Photopea will just shutdown and throw me back to the homepage.

Hi Trilli, I've used Canva to design the logo, and when I downloaded, I clicked on png, downloaded with transparent background because I have canva Pro. Alternatively, if you're struggling as I see you've used SVG, it means you're using pro, download it as PNG, and go take off the background on www.remove.bg or erase.bg. Then access Photopea on a Chrome browser not the app. If it keeps on crashing, log a call with the Photopea team on their website under Help and tell them the problem with their tool, they usually help.

How do I edit a mock-up file on freepik?

Freepik has a Mockup Baker that you can use powered by Photoshop on your desktop. I haven't used it myself as my Mac only has macos 11.7 and the app requires version 12. I've used graphicsfamily.com app that is linked to Photopea to edit so far.

Hey Wild Stuff Vicky, I take it you've downloaded a PSD file not PDF. What errors are you getting? Are you using an iPhone, android or laptop?

@@LearnwithZar ooh thank you so much for responding 🙏🏾🙏🏾😪. I'm making use of an iphone. I downloaded the psd file, I went to photopea and I clicked open computer I also selected the psd file but it keeps taking me back to photopea home page 🥺🥺

@@wildstuffvicky9528 Oh I'm sorry, iPhone is such a nightmare when trying to convert a 3D logo and you must follow a different process to the one on screen. I've recorded a separate video for iPhone users on this video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GdkOWp9okh4.html , but please be patient as you need to try it a couple of times before it works. I hope you're converting for yourself because if you're doing it as a designer it's going to frustrate you.

@@yusufkolamari I still use all free mock-ups I don't have a Premium account either. I think build your design bus with the free mock-ups and you can upgrade when bus starts picking up. Best wishes 👊🏼
