Hello, I have an issue with the pairing, in the device every time I press the bluetooth button I get "OFF" instead of "P"! and my cell phone keep searching through Bluetooth but can't find the device! Would you pls let me know what's the issue?
Have spent a lot of time trying to pair my phone without success. I even uninstalled the APP and tried to reinstall that left me with a problem because it said my email address is already being used. I get as far as which user i wish to put on the system but but it doesn't give me a choice. if this is what technology does i'll go back to pen and paper.
Just about to buy an Omron blood pressure monitor series 10. However I checked the online chart and my Motorola G7 play is not even listed as compatible, the latest Motorola phone even listed is from 2015. I am running Android 10. The chart seems to be out of date. Is my phone compatible to the app.
Me too. It used to work on my G7 plus but no longer. There are now only a few phones that you can use with this app. If you have a Moto G3 (from like 2014) you are fine, but no newer. Basically it's dead as far as I can tell. Omron lost me as a customer.
I had trouble pairing it to my iphone. I kept getting an unsuccessful paring message. Restarting my iphone fixed the issue. It paired right away the next time I tried.
Why not have a USB cable to pair with your phone and especially with a PC. There is no way to transfer data to PC. Using bluetooth is not an efficient way to use this. It's like they went out of their way to make this difficult.
With the iphone app you can select "share". And then it gives you choice between an excel or pdf document. Hit send, and it will send it to the email you registered with on your phone app. I tried it just now. But I have yet to receive the email yet. I had to reset my password prior to all this today. And I got the reset email right away.
This is a TERRIBLE app. I have bought an Omron x4 Smart, and am having a lot of difficulty pairing and syncing it. 1/ I get a sync unsuccessful message, I follow the 3 point instructions, press Start/Stop, then press Bluetooth, then Try Again, and 2/ the device and phone connect - GOOD 3 I press sync again and get a message saying Sync successful 4/ now I want to check my pressure, so I tap X to remove the Sync successful popup 5 I press Sync again 6/ I get a popup as in 1/ so I go round and round and round and round. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I have cleared cache and data, and yet this awful app does not work. What should I do? This is not what I paid for! I guess I should return it to Amazon.
They replaced the app that worked with mine when I bought it with a new improved app that's not compatible. Great, just great. Why I hate corporations. WTF am I supposed to do? Why couldn't we just keep that app that worked?
