Could not understand voiceover but like another commentator managed to follow along, took less than 5 minutes and no special software, here were the steps 1) open on a laptop the video you want to download from a Google maps review 2) press f12 on keyboard to open the console 3) press the icon at the very top left of the console ( hover text says " Select an element in the page to inspect it - Ctrl + Shift + C" ) 4) click on the video. 5) under the elements tab (which was already open for me, scroll through/open the collapsed code in the console until highlighting the code text highlights the video area.... This should include a link. Copy that link (I copied all of the paragraph into a document then singled out the link), paste into a new tab. Then the 3 dots menu on the video should have a download option 0:34
Latest and easiest way to download a video from Google Reviews on your phone: 1. Open the review on Chrome. 2. Select "Desktop Site" from left drop down menu. 3. Play the video in the review. 4. Long press the video until a download option pops up. 5. Download the video. Under a minute. You're welcome.
