Nice video..I'm following this course..I hope by the end of this course you will do a project that is very close to practical life or in a work place..Thank you for all the effort & time you give for us ..
Thank you so much for such a wonderful content. I am just curious when are you planning to upload the next video in the series? I want to plan my study session around your upload time.
Hi Baraa, first of all im so thankful for the structure bof your 4 hour course. It made my learning so much easier . I wanted to ask if this plalist would also be made into a full course ? Thank you in advance! Again thank you , danke! Merci beaucoup!
Thanks a lot again ! Also I'd like to ask , when working with a specific company. Are you always provided with a database to use by the company if let's say there's a business problem? .... I noticed that the syntax for MS Server and MySql is slightly different ...As a data analyst do you always have to write the sql statements? 🥲meaning I have to know how all syntax works? ...I'm a bit confused about that . How do you get a database from a company? With a problem. A cited example would be highly appreciated! 🤗
for people who use linux, the backup path is should you make first, the guide mkdir -p /backup/sql_servers sudo chown mssql /backup/sql_servers and you can put the file into that folders, linux doesn't provide auto backup folder
Baraa, when learning about SQL don't we need to understand how these relationships were built or it's the warehouse data responsibility? Like if i would become a data analyst Is all I need is mastering the sql program? Also, how about the interface of the program and the many tools within it ?
@gauravbharti9676@@FirangizMuslumzada it is very simple...just go to connection properties or if your in the latest version before connecting just look below and youll see a small option called trust connection cerificate..check the box and its solved.. Good Luck
Hi baraa, first of all thank you for your efforts, you used MySQL in the 4-hour sql course and I think you will use MSSQL here, is there a specific reason or is it just a matter of preference?
does this software will help to import the real life datasets if you have the time will you make the video on how to impport the dataset from any sources such as kaggle,UCG and etc..
I've fought with a Contosa github project and can't get it to work. I'll just try to restore the contosa DB in this free version because I'm a data hoarder.
Tried everything Baraa, I just can't see the files when i connect to the database and go through the restore databases. I have them in downloads in my PC , but i can't find them in database when i connect.
Hi, sorry to hear that! You have to place all database files (bak) in following folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL16.SQLEXPRESS\MSSQL\Backup
@@DataWithBaraa Just one little problem, the two adventure files have been backed up, But I get an Error message Restore of database " 'SalesDB' failed. "
