Utilisation certificate me? Agar aapne capital expense ka UC banate waqt sanction number nhi mention kiya he to wo reject kar diya jayega, aur apko new UC upload karna padega.

If you are asking in terms of ATL project than their is no band of Grant-in-Aid salary, but as far as I know there are very less chances in which both (salary & Aid) are equal.

Agar online UC generate nhi ho pa rha he then you can go for offline format, aap offline UC fill krke bhi submit kr skte he.

Use offline UC format and their you will have a field where-in you can mention the amount.

Sir mera 2019-20 mai 4lakh hi use hua hai, so online UC accept ni hora hai,it is showing utilized amount should equal to sanctioned amount . Wat to do

Normal case me ID and Password apka ATL Unique ID/ATL code hi rehta he, check kr lijiye ek baar. Agar phir bhi problem aa rhi he then Helpline pr contact karna padega.

@@PoonamKumari-kw7mp if you generated it offline and submitted to concerned agency then their is no need to generate it online.

@@PoonamKumari-kw7mp No ma'am, as far as I know, you have to either generate online or offline. Because at the time of submission you have to submit only one. (In two parts capital and operational expenses)
