Very helpful thank you so much but for overbust tightning dont we need to replace the dart

You can replace it especially if it’s for a plus size woman or a busty woman. But I didn’t and it did not affect the fit of the blouse.

The seam allowance will be added on the fabric. Watch the sewing tutorial. This is just the pattern drafting tutorial.
