Donlarrie, I loved the systematic way you showed us how to develop not only the lapel and collar, but also showing us to add the ease and then the seam allowance in different steps along the way. I always mess up the ease and sa because I combine those measurements with my body measurements. I'm not going to do that any more. Your method of drafting the bodice is easier for pinpointing troubled areas when making adjustments to the muslin! Thank you for taking the time to illustrate all these important details.

This pattern thing makes the sewing of a jacket so complex. All those 0.25, 0.75, 0.5 measurement is so complicated. But the way you did it shows you have mastered the art of sewing it.well done ma.
