I am a professional artist that displays work in an artist co-op. I often get artist block because I’m too busy thinking about what someone might buy. I discovered your channel today and actually did some art that was just fun and for me! It felt really nice to just draw with you and not feel the pressure of needing to paint something to sell. Michele, there is just so much to say about this video, so first off, thank you for another wonderful tutorial! I struggle with sketching birds, so your clear approach in sketching the eyes and beak first are quite helpful since those seem to be the hardest part for me. It's quite amazing how as soon as you created their little eyes, they came right to life! I am blown away by your talent and I absolutely love seeing your channel grow. Those labels would be so cute to put on the envelope of a letter or a greeting card. I love the idea of quick sketches to do in between my laborious watercolor paintings so I can stay creative while just relaxing in front of the tv. ❤😊 Thank you for sharing this! 👍

What a great idea to use brought labels. One just needs ideas, not so easy as one would think, I should immagine. All the different little birds, shapes and sizes. I also have difficulties on drawing things, like birds 🥴. You have taken away my fear of trying to draw, sketch them. Why do we have to make things complicated when there is no need for. I think trying or rather wanting to be perfect is so counter productive, too self critical takes all the fun away, which is the main point isnt it, to enjoy what you create. This was so wonderfully shown in your super cute little mushroom houses. The ideas are - limitness. You can colour them in ink or aquarell, wet on wet technic that is also stunning with art sketched with the pens you have used. I am all fire and flame for your creations. Thank you so much for sharing your treasures with us!🙏💕

Just love your drawing style . Uni-Ball Signo Gelstick Rollerball and Uni-Ball Air 0.5mm Rollerball Pen are also nice to sketch with and water proof also.

Superb tutorial! I consider myself artistic but birds are something I have seldom drawn. You make it look so easy and you have inspired me to give it another go. I would love more tutorials on other species of birds. You are a natural teacher and I wish my art teacher had given such clear instructions when I was still at school years ago.

Your sketching makes me want to dig out my long-ago-abandoned sketchbooks and begin again to scribble away (the first video of yours I watched was mushroom fairy houses just a few days ago, now there are little fairy mushroom houses in my planner, on some of my collage catalog pages, in my distractions notebook...they're popping up everywhere I put pen to paper, lol). I did a channel search and see you haven't (YET??) done dogs, would you consider doing a/a few learn-to-sketch-dogs tutorial videos? (maybe even Boston Terriers, if I'm to be completely selfish, lol) LOVE your work and your videos and your style.
