As someone just learning to draw in general, the way you can blend anatomy between a human and a deer is wild to me. Like bruh I can't draw a dude without them looking like they're made of half jello and crawled out of an underground test tube LOL

I think in a situation like yours, lean into your strength! When I started everything I drew looked sharp and chaotic. No real skill or finesse. I decided to lean into it and add core principles of art into that style. Half jello creatures sound really cool to me, maybe it’s something to explore more

Oh man I used to be TERRIFIED of the redeads from OoT. My friend let me borrow his copy on n64, and asked me to help finish his game file. He had gotten to the point where Link turns into an adult. So I boot this thing out at age 10 and am immediately greeted with these things screaming at me and just gripping me to death. To this day I hate those enemies-dead hands are also goated!

@pitchcanker ReDeads were responsible for many sleepless nights! I was watching my sister play OoT, she wandered into the graveyard, fell through the royal tomb (where you get the Sun's Song), walked right into a ReDead, and... well, that was the first time I saw a game over. The amount of horror that slipped in an E rated game is wild... The Dead Hand was this fattened, distended creature coated with blood, with its long giraffe neck flung back as it slunk towards you (making that scary laughing growl), only to hang down, stare at you with empty eyes, detach its jaw and BITE you... It was heavily cleaned up and edited on the 3DS remake lol

I used to do a bunch! I try and do the Salem MA haunted happenings, but I'm not sure if I'll be there this year. I was thinking of doing some horror cons though, maybe Necronomicon in RI since it's down the street from my house

i want recommend you to draw phase 3 of abnormalities "nothing there" from lobotomy corporation because the fleshy red strong body may be fit your usual use of red also nothing there is monster that mimicry human and use it victim as new skin and will make havoc after breaching there also other abnormalities that may be you can check out by yourself,the games is hard but best experience to play is blind playtrough sorry for long comments i really like the games and the story
