Your how to/tutorial videos are helping me out so much. I usually just draw what I see and don't actually take the time out to draw each body part/facial feature properly so thank you for uploading these ^.^
very nice thank you Wei. for me it was always somewhat a challenge; the female nose and those various angles? whoa, so.. I found my way to make it work but man you wanna challenge your self ? go draw the female anatomy, it is sometimes complex depending on what you do with it . thank you !
Thank you very much for this video. I had art for years, but never learned the fundamentals for the face. I taught myself, and youtube. I know how to draw the eyes, nose, and lips in frontal view. But, always struggled with different angles. Could you do each section as videos? And the end arrange a full face as a video too.
+Art of Wei Could i request eyes with eyebrows and a few expressions (happy, sad)? I find this hard, I make my faces lack the expression i'm trying to convey
+Art of Wei Yes, please! I'm at the stage in my own progress that I'm really needing to dig into expressions in order to move on. I would LOVE a tutorial from you on that! :)
Bro u too good...u r encouraging me a lot....but it left with one more thing I av to know...I don't know how to shade...but as for drawing am good....so am leaning ur skills bit by bit until I make it...God bless u dude... respect 🤗
I like to think of the nose as three circles - one big in the middle plus two small ones on the sides (they're the nostrils) and shade it from there Whaddya think?
Art of Wei True, since that is, as you always say in your videos, what gives an object realism. thnx for pointing it out. keep up the good work, you're talented artist ;)
This is the first time i have drawn a nose in front view, your video helped i usually draw in 3/4 view because it’s easier for me thank you, also what pencil are you using in this tutorial i want to change my art equipment because they don’t blend or shade well enough
you make it seem less daunting. Thanks for the tips! I have never had classes, but I learn from many very good artists like you who love to share what you know because your love for art. Every feature of the face can be challenging unless you know how to being out the shapes with shadowing and shading.
Mate I'm not sure if you'll see this comment, but your tutorials are so helpful!!! I've been stressing over 3/4 nose view for ages as I couldn't get it right, but this video is great! thankyou sir!!
Wei, Thank you so much. I have been struggling with a painting of two children dancing , taken from a very unfocused newspaper clip. Your lesson was like magic, everything fell into place like a domino effect. Wish you success you deserve to be top of the art world.
Thank you for your video! I love how you explain every reason behind every stroke! It makes so much sense and it kind of help me puzzle all the knowledge I know about nose altogether!
