Love your technique and grasp of shadows. Unlike the negative comment where they want to complete breakdown and be spoon fed, i find this excellent. I would like a list of pencil hardness, and what you used for highlights though besides the kneeded eraser. Have watched several of your works, thank you for posting and please keep it up.
Delightful job.Yes some have commented the ear ring is missing.From my point of view the elegant neck is missing, with it a swathe of beautiful hair.Nevertheless a beautiful model and a well executed picture not to mention an excellent finish.
I don't wish to be unkind, but this isn't remotely a "How to..." video. It's just watching someone draw intuitively. There is no discussion or demo of the myriad of techniques to achieve the ever-elusive LIKENESS. Proportions, angles, modeling, order of the layout, tilt, foreshortening, light direction, etc.??
How to make a likeness in portrait drawings? A video cannot be made about it, it depends on practice. I drew more than 150 portrait pictures to make my pictures look like a reference, they are just starting to look similar.
