Excellent Introduction Søren - thank you! I would ask (and recommend) for future videos that you set the camera autofocus OFF. It will help reduce the distracting micro focus of the camera during the video, but again, thank you for the simple introduction to process mapping.
That's all well and good, but how do you visually represent a collaborative activity such as a document or design review including other representatives from e.g Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Shopping?
@@gluuTube ....plus, I never really liked the idea of a whole swim lanes, especially when young have a whole swimlane dedicated to one activity. It gets annoying on diagrams.when you don't have much space
That's a good question. Some choose to map the customer as its own role - especially if the customer has work to do in the process. Others chose just to show the person who is in contact with the customer and then interactions with customers as events. Hope that clarifies it?

If you just want to draw a process, then any tool will do. If you want to make sure it becomes reality and impacts behaviors, then we would recommend our own software.
